Accept the Invite

Once you've been granted access to Libretto's Beta, an invitation email will be sent to the address you signed up with.

Create a Project

An Organization Owner account with a corresponding Orgnaization will be created and assigned to you, based on your answers in the sign up form.

There will be a single project set up with your organization's name.(Most users just have one project, but if you want to create more to organize your prompts, click on the New Project button.

Invite collaborators

Nothing breeds innovation like good collaboration.

You can access the Members & Invites page via the Settings icon found on the upper right hand corner of your screen. Here you can Invite, Remove, or Change Roles for the members within a Project.

Currently, a member may have one of two roles:

• Users can:

  • View and manage all of a Project's production data and prompt templates
  • View team members within a Project
  • Create new test cases
  • Run tests and experiments against prompt templates

• Owners can:

  • Do everything a User can
  • Can manage members within a Project, including send out new invites and make other users into owners
